In the movie The Outsider, Quan - a gentle Asian man, is the owner of a restaurant in Chinatown (London). One morning like every other day, he took his beloved daughter to school without realizing that he was about to lose her forever because of a bombing by Irish terrorists. All he hoped then was that the perpetrators would be brought to light, but no, the government refused to make their identities public. Frustrated and desperate, he decided to take revenge on the above terrorist group himself. At that time, an important figure was Liam Hennessy  appeared and revealed the complex conspiracy behind the incident.
